“Who is Allah, According to you? : 10 points”
·
Introduction:
To begin, as Muslims we all believe in Allah Almighty
and have a firm believe that he is the sole creator of the universe. But
despite of this belief majority of us Muslims fail to recognize our creator. We
believe our relation with Allah is just to pray 5 times a day and that’s it.
Most of us don’t even know the meaning of the recitation we do in our prayers
comes out from rote memorization. We all as Muslims have failed to recognize
our God, our creator.
·
Ten points:
Following are 10 points, who is Allah according to me.
1. The
All knowing:
Allah’s all-knowing nature encompasses all that is
seen and unseen, past, present, and future. He knows every thought, action, and
intention of His creation. Nothing escapes His wisdom, for He is “Al-Aleem”,
the All-Knowing.
2. Supreme
Authority:
Allah’s supreme authority governs the heaven, hell,
the skies and the earth. He is Al-Malik, the Sovereign Ruler, He reigns over
all existence with justice and majesty not even a single leaf can move from its
place without the Allah’s command. This shows that Allah holds the supreme
authority, nothing happens on its own without his permission.
3. Ultimate
refuge:
One of the 99 names of Allah is the “Al-Muhaymin”,
meaning “The overseer” and “The guardian”. He is the ultimate
refuge, offering peace in times of distress and guidance when the path is
unclear.
4. The
all giving:
Allah is the ultimate giver, bestowing
countless blessings upon His creation. He not only created us but, created all
the necessities required to live life. He is the all giving, he is the sole
responsible of giving “rizq” to everyone.
5. The
most merciful:
Ar-Rahman, extends His boundless mercy to all
creation, regardless of belief or transgression.
6. Eternal
Existence:
““He is the First (nothing is before Him) and the Last
(nothing is after Him), the Most-High (nothing is above Him) and the Most Near
(nothing is nearer than Him)””
7. The
Perfect:
He is Allah-there is no god except Him: the King, the
Most Holy, the All-Perfect, the Source of Serenity, the Watcher of all, the
Almighty, the Supreme in Might, the Majestic.
8. Alone:
Allah is Alone in his characteristics. No one is and
cannot be equal to him. He is the first and the eternal.
9. Knower
of the Hidden:
(Al-Batin), Allah knows the unseen, mysteries,
and secrets of the universe.
10. The
Originator:
(Al-Badi‘), Allah creates without precedent, He
is the originator of the multiverse and everything in it.
